Chicken Rice
This is my personal favorite! It is only about $2 USD for a plate of chicken rice, which is a dish with rice cooked in ginger and chicken stock along with roasted chicken and signature chili sauce. It is a must-try when you visit! Gordon Ramsey came to Singapore once and challenged a local street food vendor to a chicken rice cookoff, and lost!
Laksa
This is a Singapore staple! It is a thick, soup and noodles dish made with coconut milk, spices, and seafood. It is definitely one of the most iconic dishes that we have in Singapore.
Boba Tea
Boba is originally from Taiwan, however, in any 1-mile radius in Singapore, you will find at least 5 boba tea stores. It is crazy how much people love it in Singapore!
