MAR 29, 2024 – Isabella’s job search is not going well. She recently got to the fourth of five rounds in the interview process for a technology company, and the company had told her that she did amazing on her last interview and are excited to schedule her for the fifth and final round! However, Isabella was shocked when she saw this:
I have recently accepted X Company’s offer to become their single marketing intern! Thank you to the recruiters who helped me in achieving this role, and the mentors I had along the way that taught me the skills neccesary for this position. I am eternally grateful and excited to begin this opportunity!

Isabella was extremely shocked that she did not get to the next round. The interviewers did not contact her until 10 hours after she saw her peer post about achieving the role. What a shame!
